We do offer Boarding of our client’s pets while they are out of town, or when their pets need a safe place to be while circumstances don’t allow them to be at home. Our Boarding Manager’s primary responsibility is for the well-being of our Boarding pets, and any healthcare needs they have during their stay.

All boarding pets must be up to date on their vaccinations and preventive care, as well as free of parasites that are transmissible to other animals.

Cats receive special treatment in our kitty-ward, separate from all dog areas of the hospital, with windows that allow them to look outside at the bird houses. This is a most comfortable, stress-free space where many cats have enjoyed staying.

Small dogs that stay with us have their own room in the clinic with a large picture window. Limited space is available for large and giant breed dogs, but they have ample space in our large dog runs, close to the fenced-in backyard where they are allowed to run around several times a day, always supervised by one of our Animal Attendants.

Boarding pets are fed food brought from home by their owner, or a gentle diet we carry in the hospital just for boarders.

We will administer any and all medications to our boarding patients while they are with us, at no charge, unless a medication refill is needed.

A full Boarding Report Card of your pet’s stay is provided to you at discharge, including any physical examination findings made by our doctors.
