Ali Crates

Veterinary Technician

Ali is originally from Charlotte, NC. She went to Coastal Carolina University and graduated with a degree in Marine Science in 2017. After graduation, she went to St. Thomas, Virgin Islands to work with Sea Lions. She decided to move back closer to home and started working at Ripley’s Aquarium. She continued with her passion for working with sharks, penguins, reptiles, and more. Ali has two reptiles at home. A Bearded Dragon and a Chameleon. After five years at the aquarium, she decided it was time for a change. She is excited to see where the Veterinary world will take her and excited to meet all the cute fur babies!
